The Boss Cup is a youth world soccer tournament celebrated during the Christmas period with some of the world’s major clubs and FIFA affiliated football teams. The tournament originated with one aim: to provide young soccer players from all around the world this will give them opportunity to play with the best international teams and players.
Since 2016, The Boss Cup Tournament continues to keep this spirit alive.
Every Christmas, thousands of supporters and young players from all over the world fill the tournament center up with illusion, sport. Through 3 - 4 intense days, some of the games are played at the fields located in Africa.
In the same way that some of today’s stars like Drogba, Samuel Eto'o, Okocha, Ronaldo and Messi did in their time, future stars will meet each other at The Boss Cup World Youth Soccer Tournament.
We believe that The Boss Cup soccer tournament will help the youth talents to reshape their natural talents and focus them more into the game and it is important to make a tournament a lifelong memory. With moments for everyone – moments of harmony and fellowship - moments where everyone comes together.

The club has to be a member of their FIFA affiliated national association. All clubs, which are members of their FIFA affiliated national association will be allowed to participate in the tournament.
We can consider a group of football team registered with the social warfare NGO of their country, if such a club can present a genuine social warfare certificate for evidence, they are welcome to participate in
The Boss Cup tournament.
In countries where football is operated by soccer teams, we also allow teams affiliated with their school football association. The tournament is played under all applicable FIFA rules.

In the off-season, we work with local charities to bring sports and hope to underserved children in our home town and to the world. At each game, you get a chance to contribute to these efforts. We believe that sportsmanship doesn't stop at the edge of the field.
